Directory information
We publish business information to help adults compare children’s party venues and services. Sources can include official business websites and other identified public sources. A listing’s source notes and checked date explain the basis for its content. Business contact details are intended for contacting that business; please report inaccurate or inappropriate information.
When you contact us
If you send a listing suggestion, correction or enquiry, we receive the information you choose to supply, such as your name, email address, business details, supporting links and message. We use it to review the request, communicate with you and maintain the directory. Sending a correction does not subscribe you to marketing.
Please do not send children’s names, birth dates, photographs, health details, guest lists or identity documents. An adult can ask about venue suitability without providing a child’s identifying information.
Technical information and cookies
Our hosting, security and website services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose problems. WordPress uses cookies for signed-in sessions and preferences. The directory can record basic page visits and contact-link actions; these counts do not establish that a booking took place.
Maps load from OpenStreetMap services. Requests to map providers and other external resources may disclose technical information such as your IP address. Links to venue websites, directions and social sharing take you to third-party services with their own privacy practices. You can use the venue’s written address and telephone details without following those links.
Access and sharing
Site administrators and the services needed to host, secure and deliver the site or its messages may have access to relevant information. Contacting Kids Party Finder is separate from contacting a venue directly. We do not send your correction message to a venue as a booking request.
Retention and your requests
Contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, object to its use or request deletion. Relevant information may need to be retained for security, administration or applicable obligations. We will consider your request in that context; backups may retain earlier records until replaced.
